Valerie Hammond's Chicken Marinade

Note: This is great for spicing up chicken, we make up several an cook several chicken breasts then
freeze it for Nachos and Ceasar Salads!!
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbs olive oil
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt.
Whisk this paste together with the lime juice, cumin and oil.
Add your meat to marinade turning to coat well (we put it in a ziplock bag and throw it in the fridge), and let marinate, covered and chilled for at
least an hour ... or overnight is best.
