Skor Cheese Ball Recipe

Let cream cheese soften and mix together first 3 ingredients. I then put it back in the fridge for about 20 mins to let it harden again so that it's easy to roll into a ball. Break the skor chocolate bar into little pieces and sprinkle on outside of cheese ball.

A little trick for the skor bar is to put it in the freezer for about 15 mins. Once you remove it from the freezer, break it up into small pieces while it's still in the wrapper. (Faye uses a meat mallet to break it up in the package.)

Do Not alternate any of the ingredients because it does not turn out Well otherwise.

Serve with SIMPLE PLEASURES CHOCOLATE THIN COOKIES.
